We would like to reassure all our customers that we are closely monitoring the situation regarding Covid-19. We are working with our tour operators and suppliers, following the latest travel advice from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office as well as the UK Government.

We strongly recommend all customers to review the latest Foreign And Commonwealth Office travel advice for the country you are travelling to. If you have any concerns, our travel experts are available to offer additional guidance.

We urge our customers not to cancel their holidays yet as you may not be covered by your travel insurance. We will try our very best to re-protect your holiday and do everything in our power to get you to your destination.

What is the latest update?

As countries respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, including travel and border restrictions, the FCO advises British nationals against all but essential international travel. Any country or area may restrict travel without notice. For the latest updates, please click here.

What happens if my holiday is affected?

If the Foreign and Commonwealth Office advises against all but essential travel to your holiday destination, and your holiday has been affected, our Travel Experts will be in touch and advise you of your options. Please note we are working in date order.

It is more important than ever to have adequate travel insurance.

I have just returned home from my holiday, what should I do?

If you are returning home from your holiday please follow the latest NHS advice if you suspect you are experiencing Coronavirus symptoms. Click here for the latest advice.

I have a holiday booked, does ATOL cover us?

The ATOL scheme only covers supplier failure, so ATOL will not cover coronavirus. However, if your booking is cancelled due to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, you will be offered an alternative holiday or a refund where an alternative is not available. We urge our customers not to cancel your holiday yet as your travel insurance policy may not cover you.

I don’t want to go on my holiday, what should I do?

It is completely up to you if you wish to go on your holiday or not. We advise our customers not to cancel any holiday to a country that the Foreign and Commonwealth Office hasn’t advised you can not travel to. In this case, you will not be eligible for a refund and could incur cancellation charges. Please refer to your terms and conditions. If the county you are travelling to is one where the Foreign and Commonwealth Office advise not to go, then you will be offered an alternative holiday or a refund.

Rebooking your holiday

If your holiday has been affected by the Coronavirus you will be offered an alternative holiday. In some cases, you may even get it cheaper! Some of our suppliers are offering rebooking discount codes.

We understand this is a stressful situation, however, now is the best time to book your next holiday. After all, we all need something to look forward to when this is over – we have holidays on sale up until March 2022! We have some fantastic offers at the moment including low deposits.
